Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Stitched Bits, LLC. I want you to be happy with your purchase, so please read my policies below carefully.

Digital Products (PDF Patterns)

  • All of my quilt patterns are digital downloads.

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all PDF pattern sales are final and non-refundable.

  • You may print and use the pattern for personal purposes. Redistribution or commercial use is not allowed without permission.

Physical Products

  • Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Refunds will be processed once I receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

How to Return

  1. Contact me at hello@stitchedbits.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.

  3. I will provide instructions on where to mail your item.

  4. Ship the item securely in its original packaging. I recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately at hello@stitchedbits.com with a photo of the issue.

  • I will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

EU Customers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your physical product purchase within 14 days of delivery. For digital products, by downloading, you consent to waive your right of withdrawal.
