Digital Products (PDF Patterns)

All of my quilt patterns are digital downloads.

Due to the nature of digital products, all PDF pattern sales are final and non-refundable.

You may print and use the pattern for personal purposes. Redistribution or commercial use is not allowed without permission.
Physical Products

Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds will be processed once I receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
How to Return

Contact me at hello@stitchedbits.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and reason for the return.

I will provide instructions on where to mail your item.

Ship the item securely in its original packaging. I recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately at hello@stitchedbits.com with a photo of the issue.

I will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
EU Customers
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your physical product purchase within 14 days of delivery. For digital products, by downloading, you consent to waive your right of withdrawal.
