Digital Products (PDF Patterns)

  • PDF quilt patterns are delivered instantly via email after purchase.

  • After your purchase, you’ll receive a download link. Please save a copy for your records.

  • If you have any issues receiving your download, please contact me at hello@stitchedbits.com.

Physical Products

  • I ship all physical items within 1–3 business days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted).

  • Orders are shipped via your chosen shipping carrier (e.g., USPS First Class, Priority, etc).

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

International Shipping

  • I ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

  • International delivery times vary depending on customs and local postal services.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • I take care to package items securely, but I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave my studio.

  • I recommend using trackable shipping or adding insurance for higher-value items.
